Surrounded by hiking trails and mountain bike routes, the location of the house offers the best conditions for a holiday in the mountains in summer. 

The holiday flat offers space for 2 - 6 people and is equipped with parquet flooring. Since carpeting has been completely avoided, the flat is particularly suitable for people with allergies. 

In winter, the top skiing areas of Zauchensee, Flachau or Schladming can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
