Our house is located directly at the valley station of the Planai West gondola and is the ideal entry point to the 4-mountain ski area Planai-Hochwurzen-Reiteralm-Hauser Kaibling in winter.
In summer, the cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door.
The central bus stop at Lendplatz is only a few minutes' walk away. You will also find a large supermarket there. A leisurely walk of 5 minutes takes you to Schladming city center with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Our location allows for a car-free holiday all year round.
In summer, our quiet garden with comfortable garden furniture, deck chairs, children's play equipment and a new grill is available to all guests.
All winter guests can use our lockable and heated ski cellar and ski boot drying room.
Guests in our apartments can take advantage of the bread roll service from the local bakery.

Central European weather is still in summer lethargy! Under high pressure warm air will continue to move into our region on Saturday. Another nice day is therefore awaiting us with plenty of sunshine during the day, slowly increasing cloud in the afternoon and occasional thunderstorms in the evening.
