The Almwelt Austria is located at 1.200 m above sea level near the city of Schladming, Styria, Austria in the middle of nature surrounded by forests and meadows. The entire area comprises 22 chalets, each with its own small spa area, the Hotel Jagdhaus with 12 comfortable rooms, the main building, village restaurant Schnepf'n Alm with reception and panoramic terrace and offers a gourmet half board with a generous alpine breakfast buffet and a 5-course menu of choice in the evening.

Large wellness area "Panorama-Spa" on two floors. Petting zoo and play facilities for children. Summer The Reiteralm is located in the middle of the hiking area Schladming-Dachstein.

Numerous hiking and biking tours are possible directly from the hut village (like Spiegelsee, Ursprungalm), fishing in the Almsee is allowed. Winter The hut village is located directly on the slopes of the Reiteralm with direct access to the Schladminger 4-mountain ski area, Reiteralm, Hochwurzen, Planai and Hauser Kaibling.
