In winter, cross-country ski trails and in summer hiking trails lead directly past the house. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach a bus stop, ski and cross-country skiing schools and cozy restaurants.

If only we could preserve the current weather for a few days! But one of the oldest proverbs says “panta rhei” (“everything is in a state of flux”), and this particularly applies to the weather in Central Europe! After the sunshine of yesterday, the weather will deteriorate again. The cloud will gradually thicken and snow showers will arrive by evening.
