The accommodation is a very modern flat house in a top location in Flachau. The three spacious flats are located in a quiet spot with a fantastic mountain view and can accommodate up to 8 people in one flat.

The nearest lift station is only a few minutes' walk away. The cross-country ski trail, a floodlit toboggan run, après-ski bars and the free ski bus station can be reached effortlessly. 

Also in summer, the accommodation is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. 

The stylish flat house offers a small and fine relaxation area with pine sauna and beautiful relaxation room.
