Flat house Gratz is only 300 m away from the ski lift "Flying Mozart", the ski school with children's playground, the cross-country ski run and the ice skating rink and offers direct access to winter activities of all kinds. If snow conditions are favourable, a ski run down to the accommodation is guaranteed.

The summer in Wagrain is characterised by the beauty of the Salzburger Land. Many hiking, cycling and mountain bike tours lead through the nature and its performances.
