The Falkner holiday home is an excellent private accommodation with 4 Edelweiss and is located in a quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Flachau. In summer and winter, the house offers a perfect start for all kinds of activities in the beautiful sports and activity area of Flachau and its surroundings. 

In winter, the location is particularly attractive. The SpaceJet and AchterJet valley stations and ski school, ski kindergarten, ski rental and après-ski are all within a few minutes' walk. The all-season toboggan run "Lucky Flitzer" is also within walking distance and the supermarket is just across the street. 

The Falkner holiday home is particularly suitable for families with children. There are numerous entertainment facilities inside and in the garden, such as a children's playroom with books, board games, table football, a playground with swing, trampoline and a sandpit. 

The 4 spacious holiday flats offer a cosy holiday home for 2 to 8 people.
