Anna's flats are centrally located in Flachau's Reitdorf district in a quiet and sunny location. The cosy flats for 2 - 5 people are located directly at the stop for the free ski bus. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski run are accessible right at the accommodation. 

For summer holidays, the swimming lake in Reitdorf and the riding stable in the village are in the vicinity.
