The apartment house Schattauer in the center of Wagrain was built in 2019 according to modern and sustainable guidelines. The hot water is remanufactured, heating is climate-neutral and in summer a large part of the electricity comes from the in-house photovoltaic system.

The apartments are located right in the center of Wagrain and can be easily reached from any direction. You can't be more central ;-)

The favorable position of the apartment house allows the guest to reach the lift, hiking destinations, the Wagrainer water world or shops and restaurants in just a few minutes on foot. 

When designing the apartments and holiday homes, great importance was attached to space and comfort.

It will be nice and very cold on Tuesday. From Wednesday, high pressure will decline and the first troughs of low pressure will extend to our region. They will bring thick bands of clouds and values will become milder.
