In our beautiful house, directly at the valley station of the Achterjet gondola, there are 4 comfortable apartments between 35 and 80 m² for 2 to 9 people.

Flachau's infrastructure with stores, huts and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away.

Enjoy our location right next to the ski slope, cross-country ski trail and toboggan run and relax on your skiing vacation without a car. If you still want to commute to one of the neighboring ski areas, free ski busses are available.

On Christmas Eve, the weather will be cloudy and we will see occasional snowfall. On Christmas Day, however, this winter spell will be over again. The weather will become dry and the values will rise at all altitudes.
