Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in our newly built apartments for 2 to 6 people in a sunny location above the rooftops of Flachau. In winter the free ski bus stops not far from the house and in summer the hiking trails and mountain bike routes pass by in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, bars, stores and Flachau's nightlife can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. All apartments are equipped with a living room with kitchenette (dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, electric stove with oven), balcony or terrace, WLAN, 2-3x Smart TV with cable connection. Depending on the size, the apartment has 1 to 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower/WC. 1 parking space is reserved in the carport for each apartment. Additional vehicles can be parked in our free parking lot.

If only we could preserve the current weather for a few days! But one of the oldest proverbs says “panta rhei” (“everything is in a state of flux”), and this particularly applies to the weather in Central Europe! After the sunshine of yesterday, the weather will deteriorate again. The cloud will gradually thicken and snow showers will arrive by evening.
