The Sender cable car in Bad Gastein leads to the Stubenkogel.

The Sender cable car was built in 2008 and is an important connection between the Angertal ski centre and the Stubnerkogel ski area.

The mountain station on the summit plateau of the Stubnerkogel is located next to the ORF Stubnerkogel transmitter.
