Rettenebenalm St. Johann im Pongau...

The beautiful alpine hut can be reached from 3 places:

• from St. Johann/Pg. even by car
• from St. Veit/Pg. via the Kinderalm (Klosteralm)
• from Mühlbach via the Pronebenalm.

At the Rettenebenalm, 1200 m above sea level, you can get home-made products such as butter and cheese as well as the other delicious dairy products, schnapps (Obstler and Vogelbeer), bread, bacon and apple juice.

Insider tip: the Kaiserschmarrn with cranberries (prepared with fresh alpine butter).
