The Mozart Sound and Film Collection was opened in 1991 and is considered the largest special archive for sound and image recordings on the work and life of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Visitors can play 30,000 audio titles (the oldest dating from 1889) and 3,500 video productions here. Certain musical works can be listened to in over 100 different interpretations.
The large collection, which also includes an additional 16,000 Mozart recordings in the online database, contains rehearsal recordings, portraits, interpretations of works, documentaries and feature films, radio plays and children's films. The Mozart sound and film collection, which is accessible free of charge, is of particular interest to researchers and students, school classes, Mozart lovers, singers and instrumentalists, conductors and directors.

If only we could preserve the current weather for a few days! But one of the oldest proverbs says panta rhei (everything is in a state of flux), and this particularly applies to the weather in Central Europe! After the sunshine of yesterday, the weather will deteriorate again. The cloud will gradually thicken and snow showers will arrive by evening.
