The natural history and technical museum is located in the old town of Salzburg. The building is listed and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Historical Centre of the City of Salzburg.
The various exhibition rooms deal with the wonderful world of water and reptiles, which can be viewed in 56 well-kept terrariums, and the universe. In the space hall you will find depictions of the space city of the future, the original large diorama of the landing on the moon and about the planetary system and the structure of the universe. You can do your own thing in the new Science Center in the Haus der Natur, with around 80 experimental stations on 3 floors. Here technology, natural sciences and your own body become an interactive experience.
