Baking bread and Troger Mill:

visit the only intact mill in the Sölktäler Nature Park. At the rushing Knallbach in Mössna (St. Nikolai), the home-grown grain used to be ground. How this worked, you will learn during the foam grinding. Afterwards you bake your own bread at the stone oven!
